1:1 Mentoring / 3 month minimum
You don’t have to figure this out alone.
Strategic, practical mentoring for values-led business owners who want to take the next step towards an abundant, sustainable and creative business with calm, honest support.
“I love how Yarrow comes from an embodied and kind perspective to business but can also see what structures are needed and can help out with tech support. Those two together make pure magic to create a heart led, creative business. With the help of Yarrow I am bringing my business to the next level, sharing what I have to offer with more people, and creating a livelihood that is in line with my integrity. Thank you Yarrow for holding me and guiding me! You are a balm to the world!”
– Hanna Van Aelst

How it works
Fortnightly Zoom sessions
We meet twice a month for hour-long deep dives – strategic, practical, and completely focused on what you’re building. You’ll leave energized and ready for the next step.
Voxer support between sessions
When you get stuck or need a sounding board, send a voice note. I respond on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays with practical tips and encourament.
Tech and systems included
Unlike most mentors, I can also help you implement. You get up to an hour of tech support per month so you’re never stuck on your own.

You don’t have to do it alone
Since 2015 I’ve helped hundreds of people find confidence, get creative, and build businesses that are actually fun to work in. I know how lonely it can feel when you’re starting out, need to pivot, or desperately want to grow, I’ve been there.
It can be really hard to make aligned, expansive decisions about your business when you’re always in your own head. Having a thought partner can be so helpful in getting you to that next level.
I can help you develop a strategy that works for you, but I can also advise you on how best to implement it because I have worked with dozens of software systems from Substack to WordPress and Squarespace to Mailchimp.
With Voxer mentoring, you have strategic support between sessions whenever you need it.
When you get stuck or have a quick question, send a voice note. I respond on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays with practical tips, honest thinking, and encouragement so you’re never stuck for long.
I really appreciate how down-to-earth, real and simple your approach is, it feels like a breath of fresh air -actually, like a deep, deep exhale, taking so much of the pressure of this ‘online thing’ off..
My values as a business guide
I’m not here to make you bigger by bypassing what actually makes sense for your life and work.
I believe that slow, considered growth, on your own terms, is the only kind worth building. I play the long game, because I know in my heart that this is my life’s work.
Helping you define success on your own terms isn’t just some phrase I use, it’s something I really believe in. An accident in 2020 has shown me that resilience and adaptability are key to building a business that makes you happy and that there is no point in trying to chase someone else’s dreams.
Living and working with limitations, be that in physical abilities, mental health challenges or restraints on your time and energy due to other commitments can be tough, but there are many practical and strategic things we can put in place to make sure we’re setting ourselves up for success.
That’s what I am here to share.
I am enjoying being mentored by Yarrow so much. I came to Yarrow with a vision of where I wanted to get to but no clear idea of how to get there. Yarrow held me softly and could see through my feelings into the business structures needed and together we could dream up what my business could look and feel like. There was never any pressure put on me to achieve goals and implement systems, but holding me in my next steps and the bigger picture.
