Sustainable Business Mentoring

You don’t need to do it all alone. Let’s grow your business in a way that honors your values, energy, and capacity.

mentoring is magic

This is for folks who want to build or evolve a small business that’s deeply aligned with their values.

You might be at a crossroads:

  • Ready to grow your work but unsure how to market it ethically

  • Building something new and needing strategic clarity

  • Wanting to run a slower business that still pays the bills

I’m here to walk beside you — providing practical help, gentle accountability, and a place to think out loud with someone who gets it.

How it works

We meet twice a month for hour-long deep dives on Zoom

Whenever you feel stuck or want some encouragement you simply open Voxer (a free voice messaging app similar to Whatsapp) and send me a message. I will get back to you on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays with practical tips & loving support

You also get up to an hour of tech support per month so you'll never be stuck with something you are trying to implement

The investment: 300 GBP/month with a minimum commitment of three month

There is so much we can do together…

This space is flexible, and shaped by your goals. I’m here for what makes you feel expansive & alive.

Past clients have for example:

Aligned their marketing with neurodiversity + mental health

Crafted offers that felt good in their bodies

Created simple & ethical marketing plans

Set up magical new systems

Untangled confusing to-do lists and tech overwhelm

Started a podcast & grown their newsletter

You don’t have to do it alone

Since 2015 I’ve helped hundreds of amazing people find confidence, get creative and build businesses that are actually fun to work in. I know how lonely it can feel when you’re starting out, need to pivot or desperately want to grow – I’ve been there.

Sometimes it can be really hard to make aligned, expansive choices when you’re always either in your head or on the screen, which is why having a thought partner like me can be so helpful in getting you to that next level.

I can help you develop a strategy that works for you, but I can also advise you on how best to implement it because I have worked with dozens of software systems from Substack to WordPress and Squarespace to Mailchimp.

With Voxer mentoring,

you get to pick my brain whenever you need a little boost.

I am enjoying being mentored by Yarrow so much. I came to Yarrow with a vision of where I wanted to get to but no clear idea of how to get there. I felt I had no direction and felt overwhelmed. Yarrow held me softly and could see through my feelings into the business structures needed and together we could dream up what my business could look and feel like. There was never any pressure put on me to achieve goals and implement systems, but holding me in my next steps and the bigger picture. I love how Yarrow comes from an embodied and kind perspective to business but can also see what structures are needed and can help out with tech support. Those two together make pure magic to create a heart led, creative business. With the help of Yarrow I am bringing my business to the next level, sharing what I have to offer with more people, and creating a livelihood that is in line with my integrity. Thank you Yarrow for holding me and guiding me! You are a balm to the world!

My values as a business guide

I’m not here to help you make six figures by manipulating people through a sleazy sales funnel – I believe that the days of aggressive marketing are well and truly over and that living through polycrisis requires grid, vision and kindness.

I’m someone who loves to play the long game because I know in my heart that this is my life’s work. This involves building trust in myself and my community, listening to my body and thinking holistically about what is and isn’t sustainable.

Helping you define success on your own terms isn’t just some phrase I use, it’s something I really believe in. An accident in 2020 has shown me that resilience and adaptability are key to building a business that makes you happy and that there is no point in trying to chase someone else’s dreams.

Living and working with limitations, be that in physical abilities, mental health challenges or restraints on your time and energy due to other commitments can be tough, but there are many practical and strategic things we can put in place to make sure we’re setting ourselves up for success.

That’s what I am here to share.

I really appreciate how down-to-earth, real and simple your approach is, it feels like a breath of fresh air -actually, like a deep, deep exhale, taking so much of the pressure of this ‘online thing’ off..
